WAEC RESULT FOR MAY/JUNE 2019 IS OUT

WAEC Nigeria’s Head of Piblic Affairs Demianus G. Ojijeogu, and made available via the council’s official twitter page on Thursday that WAEC results for MAY/JUN E will be released today.

Ojijeogu said, “this is to inform candidates and the general republic that the result of the WASSCE for school candidtaes in Nigeria will be released by the council on Friday.

According to reports, over 1.6million SS111 students sat for May/June 2019 WASSCE nationwide.WAEC Head of National Office (HNO), Mr. Olu Adenipekun will announce the results on Friday at the headquarters of the council in Yaba.

It was learnt the marking of answer scripts started on Sunday, June 30 and ended July 12 at 86 marking venues including two e-marking venues in Lagos and Benin City

Candidates who are not indebted to the council will be able to access and check their results online, using the results checker pin on their smart identity cards used during the conduct of the examination. 

PROCEDURES FOR CHECKING 2019 WAEC RESULT IS AS FOLLOWS

You don’t need to buy any scratch card to check your 2019 WAEC result. The result checker pin and serial number needed by candidates to check results online are contained on candidate’s smart identity card used during the conduct of the examination.

Go to WAEC 2018 result checking portal at https://www.waecdirect.org.

Enter your WAEC Examination Number in the required column.

Select your Examination Year i.e. 2019.

Select your Examination Type i.e. SCHOOL CANDIDATE RESULT.

Enter the Card Serial Number.

Enter the Card PIN.

Finally, click “Submit” button to get your 2019 WAEC Result.
