Librarians can work from anywhere in the country, at whichever time and pace they choose. We calculate your earnings at the end of the month and send payments.
We operate a model that rewards a librarian on how hard he/she works. This is to say that our pay for each librarian depends on how much value they add to our users.
We pay an average of ₦144 per document uploaded and an average of ₦102 for each download from your shared link.
The figures below are not fixed, this means that how much you earn varies. It can be higher or lower, depending on the value you provide. This is why we gave an AVERAGE.
